Gov. Cuomo: It's Un-American To Arrest Illegal Immigrants

New York Governor Andrew Cuomo sent Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) a cease and desist letter demanding that they stop arresting illegal aliens in the state. Why?

Cuomo says in arresting illegal aliens that ICE is “reckless and reflect a serious disregard for the rule of law.” which is amazing since ICE is actually obeying Federal law.

Cuomo also claimed that ICE are “illegally targeting individuals” and he threatened the agency with a not just one lawsuit, but possibly several lawsuits.

Of course, all this stems from being an election year but while Hillary Clinton is no longer politically relevant, to Cuomo her defeat is.

Hillary tried to run toward the center when Trump won the Republican nomination.  She believed the polls and never thought Trump was too much of a threat to her destiny, so she moved to the center to attract independent voters.

Cuomo has learned from Hillary's mistake and when progressive Cynthia Nixon announced her candidacy to oppose Cuomo in the Democratic primaries. The polls show Cuomo with a 40-point advantage but instead of moving toward the center as most politicians would do. Cuomo is doing his best to be even more progressive than his primary opponent.

According to Cuomo, it is unconstitutional for federal agents to enforce federal law in New York. “In New York, the guarantees of the Constitution actually mean something.” The only thing Cuomo statement actually means is Gov. Cuomo has never actually read the Constitution.

While his letter maybe comical, it's actually quite a brilliant strategy, since it leaves Cynthia Nixon boxed it. What can she actually say to get to Cuomo's left? "What he said... Times two."

At a press conference to announce all of this silliness, Cuomo, of course, took a shot at Trump while still being able to squeeze in the word of the day and show the infamous Democrat Hypocrisy as well:

“I believe ICE has been politicized, if not directly then indirectly in that their aggressive tactics, aggressive behavior — unconstitutional, illegal behavior — is being fueled by the political rhetoric of the administration” 

“When you politicize law enforcement, now you are in a very bad place, and you are over the line, and whether that happens directly because are being told, or indirectly because they believe they’re following the spirit and the tone of the administration, that is a frightening place, and that is un-American,” Cuomo said.

Wow, really? it's now "Un-American to arrest illegal immigrants who have no right to be in this country? Only using the finest 'Liberal Logic could Cuomo say something this profoundly stupid.
I'm not sure when or even if the liberal left insanity will end?
