Wait, What? How Could Chuck Todd Not Ask Tom Perez This Question?

Sunday on NBC’s “Meet the Press,” Democratic National Committee chairman Tom Perez started off with a lie and it went downhill from there.

Perez claims that the Democrats brought a lawsuit against the Trump campaign, Russia, and WikiLeaks over hacked emails because they have seen “a mountain of evidence of collusion between the campaign and the Russians.”

Of course, Chuck Todd never bothered to ask "What mountain of evidence?

At another point, Todd asked Perez "Why to bring the lawsuit now?" Perez replied something about the statue of limitations. Amazingly Todd asked the proper follow-up question, which was "When does the statute of limitations run out?"

Perez hesitated for just an instant as the shock of seeing Chuck Todd act like a real reporter wash over him. But after a split second, he recovered and proceeded to totally ignore what Chuck Todd asked him.

Which Perez did for a very good reason, he probably knew the odds were in his favor that Chuck Todd would not be a real reporter twice in a row. Chuck Todd the bumbling baboon did just that and moved on to another question.

But the running theme through the seven-minute long interview was Perez was crying "We need to protect our democracy" and his even more asinine statement "We want fair elections."

Of course, I and the other ten people watching meet the press immediately thought "YOU POS! You want fair elections, so did Bernie Sanders."

But what seemed obvious to us eleven people wasn't so obvious to Chuck Todd because he never asked the one question that was begging to be asked.

Despite at least five times different times that Perez set himself up for the Bernie Sanders question, Chuck Todd just segued right into another question

My God Chuck Todd even asked a Hillary question, asking "What does Hillary think of the lawsuit" URGGG worst F'ing host EVER!

All Chuck Todd had to add was "What does Hillary think of the lawsuit considering there were accusations by Donna Brazile about the DNC rigging the Democratic primaries?"

But nope good ole sleepy eyes didn't bother to ask anything harder than "What's your favorite color socks?"

Poor Tim Russert he's rolling over in his grave at what has happened to his once respected show, what an absolute disgrace Chuck Todd is.
