Democrats Think They Already Won the 2018 Mid-terms Elections
The Democrats are celebrating like it was 2016 all over again.
The Democrats couldn't wait till 2016 was over with, and while 2017 was so-so, it ended well with their capturing the Alabama Senate seat. Now, they can't wait till 2018 Mid-terms Elections because they think it's their year.

It's amazing that the Democrats are so delusional they actually bought into the fake polls hook, line and sinker. They know nearly every poll methodology is polling at least 10% more Democrats than they do Republicans. Somehow they seemed to forget all about the polls being skewed and now believe the numbers are accurate. Just as they believed all the polling done in the days leading up to the 2016 elections were spot on.

Democrats are so convinced they have the 2018 mid-term elections wrapped up, they are more than happy to sit on the sidelines not doing a damn thing except waiting for November to arrive. With the days of Main Street Media crying "How can the Republicans not help Obama who was duly elected, long gone. The Democrats don't have to worry about getting called out by the MSM for their blatant hypocrisy.

The Democrats total 2018 ambitions is not to help America, but to take the House from Republicans and the next day start the ball rolling on impeaching President Trump and ending his "Make America Great Again" Agenda. Based on interviews with leading Democrats this week, they believe they already accomplished taking over the house, they just need to wait until November to make it official.
Not So Fast
Democrats are as enthusiastic now than at any point since October 2016. Just like they were going into the 2016 Presidential elections, they are confident they will crush the Republicans in midterms. Of course, these are the same Democrats who said that Hillary Clinton had a 91% chance of capturing the presidency.

Yes, Donald Trump is still unpopular, but the kicker is the Democrats are still just as out of touch as they were in 2016. They are still can't understand why American workers keeping more of their hard earned money is a good thing. So out of touched the Democrats thought they were "Robbed" when Trump's tax reform bill passed'

The Democrats are following Hillary's Presidential game plan by going into the 2018 mid-terms with no message to run on. Instead of telling American's why they should vote for Democrats, all they seem to have to run on is "We will impeach Trump." They also support policies that are out of touch with every American not living on the coasts.

The Dems can only tell America, elect us and we will give you open borders, higher taxes, and more regulation, and we will make sure you get socialized European like Healthcare, with 40% take hikes to pay for it.
The numbers don't add up.
No matter how many times they Democrats cry "we will win the House and Senate, 1+1 still doesn't add up to 5.

Democrats are unlikely to win Congress in 2018. They have to defend ten Senate seats in states that are Republican favorable and that President Trump carried in 2016. Even if they retain all ten seats, which would, under normal circumstance would be very improbable. If MAGAnomics continues working it's magic and the economy keeps growing as it has done the past 11-months, it would become a mathematical impossibility the Democrats will all ten of those seats.

Even if the world was were spun on its head, and they won all ten, they would still need to pick-up two more seats to win the majority. After tax reform, their likelihood of winning the House has been substantially diminished. The House Republican majority is well fortified and a Democratic strategy of obstructionism, sermonizing about how awful Americans are and acting as if Illegal aliens should have more rights than actual citizens will not get them the majority they are counting on.

The Democrats should start thinking about a few problems that may be facing in the near future. With the release of the emails on Anthony Weiner laptop, there will be a lot of questions that needs to be answered as to why James Comey made no mention to the fact that there were Classified documents on Huma Abedin's ex's computer.

The biggest problem the Democrats maybe facing is if Mueller has nothing to show for the millions of dollars of taxpayer money he has already spent. The Democrats pushed all their chips in on that bet and if Mueller doesn't get Trump on anything there will be a huge backlash and it won't be directed at the Republicans.

The FBI and Obama administration officials will  finally have to answer to Congress as to why Huma, Hillary, and that whole Clinton cabal weren't arrested for breaking U.S. Code › Title 18 › Part I › Chapter 93 › § 1924
Unauthorized removal and retention of classified documents or material

(a) Whoever, being an officer, employee, contractor, or consultant of the United States, and, by virtue of his office, employment, position, or contract, becomes possessed of documents or materials containing classified information of the United States, knowingly removes such documents or materials without authority and with the intent to retain such documents or materials at an unauthorized location shall be fined under this title or imprisoned for not more than one year, or both.
(b) For purposes of this section, the provision of documents and materials to the Congress shall not constitute an offense under subsection (a).
(c) In this section, the term “classified information of the United States” means information originated, owned, or possessed by the United States Government concerning the national defense or foreign relations of the United States that has been determined pursuant to law or Executive order to require protection against unauthorized disclosure in the interests of national security.
