WATCH: First Teaser Trailer Drops for James Franco's 'The Disaster Artist' from A24

The first teaser has dropped for James Franco's highly anticipated "The Disaster Artist," in which he also stars alongside brother Dave Franco.
Based on the Greg Sestero's best-selling tell-all about the making of Tommy Wiseau's cult-classic disaster piece "The Room" called "The Greatest Bad Movie Ever Made," the film is a hilarious and welcome reminder that there is more than one way to become a legend.
The film premiered at SXSW where James Franco generated some Oscar buzz in a possible supporting actor run. First nominated for "127 Hours" in 2010, Franco's closest run with the Academy since then was for the highly popular "Spring Breakers."
A24 will distribute the film and is set to hit theaters on Dec. 1.
