How US states want to return to the right to abortion
Several states such as Alabama or Missouri are adopting restrictive laws to challenge the Supreme Court on the subject of abortion.
Georgia, Alabama, Ohio, Kentucky, Mississippi, Missouri, Louisiana ... Several US states have recently enacted laws restricting the right to abortion. Missouri has almost become the first US state to stop abortions since 1973, when authorities threatened to not renew the license to operate the last remaining abortion clinic (abortion). Finally, on Friday evening, a judge from the city of Saint-Louis decided to extend the license, even though the case must be re-examined at a new hearing on June 4th.
In Georgia or more recently in Louisiana, it is the principle of "fetal heartbeat" which is put forward. Women could not abort as soon as the first heartbeat of the embryo would be noticeable, ie after six weeks *. In fact, this may be less depending on the case. From then on, the fetus is considered a baby in these states. Alabama has gone further by banning almost all abortions, including incest and rape.......
