Vietnam denounced for its human rights abuses

"The Vietnamese authorities are passing people exercising their human rights for criminals," said the report of the organization for the defense of human rights. The conditions of detention of these prisoners are also obscure. They often end up in unhealthy jails without access to clean water and medical care.
