Joe Biden launches campaign by addressing

Joe Biden launched his campaign for the 2020 US presidential election on Monday, immediately carrying his message on the social ground at a meeting organized by trade unionists in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, which will be a determining run to the White House.
