Manuel Valls voted for the first time in Spain

He was used to electoral Sundays in France. Manuel Valls now lives on the other side of the Pyrenees where he settled in the second half of 2018. To run for mayor of Barcelona, he became a full Spanish citizen, which means participating in all elections.
