Bruno Werneck, Born and raised in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, has been playing with markers and crayons since he was little. Bruno was given a scholarship in 1997 to study at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. While originally a graphic design major, he ultimately gravitated towards Traditional Animation, receiving his degree from Columbia College Chicago in 2002. Professionally, Bruno has done everything from print design to book illustration, to working on animated TV commercials to visual concepts for films and games. Currently, Bruno Werneck runs an independently-owned studio inLos Angeles; Filmpaint Inc., entrusted with the foremost task of bringing visions to life. Bruno Werneck has contributed to many projects in both the movie and games industry including Tron Legacy Movie, Transformers 3, Sucker Punch, The Amazing Spiderman, Area 51:Blacksite and Mass Effect 2.
