The President and a group of political appointees from California gathered at the White House to discuss how they can fight the liberal sanctuary city policies. In the clip they were specifically talking about MS-13 gang members.

Even CNN admitted as much in their tweet.  But somehow the liberal loony toons skipped the whole MS-13 part, because NOW the left is going with the narrative that "Trump called Immigrants animals."  Wait, what?
