Arrest John Kerry For Violating The Logan Act
Amazingly, well not so amazing considering the Fake News Media, but you never hear about the Logan act anymore? We heard it over and over when President Trump was then "President-Elect Trump."

Back then the media was just starting their "Russian Collusion Delusion" witch hunt and ignored the fact that every single incoming administration meet with foreign leaders to start building bridges so when January 20th rolls around their administration could hit the ground running. But with "President-Elect Trump" it was wall to wall fake news media wondering if Trump should be prosecuted for the Logan act.
The Logan Act?
Here’s Wikipedia's definition:

The Logan Act is a United States federal law that criminalizes negotiation by unauthorized persons with foreign governments having a dispute with the United States. The intent behind the Act is to prevent unauthorized negotiations from undermining the government’s position.

President Trump has done away with most of Obama’s 8 years of failure and he will soon get rid of the Iran deal. But John Kerry, who was Obama’s Secretary of State and who negotiated this travesty, is running around meeting with foreign leaders in a desperate attempt to save his signature accomplishment.

Hmmm sounds like the very definition of what the Logan act criminalized. So why hasn't the Department of Justice filed criminal charges?

John Kerry’s bid to save one of his most significant accomplishments as secretary of state took him to New York on a Sunday afternoon two weeks ago, where, more than a year after he left office, he engaged in some unusual shadow diplomacy with a top-ranking Iranian official.

He sat down at the United Nations with Foreign Minister Javad Zarif to discuss ways of preserving the pact limiting Iran’s nuclear weapons program. It was the second time in about two months that the two had met to strategize over salvaging a deal they spent years negotiating during the Obama administration, according to a person briefed on the meetings.

With the Iran deal facing its gravest threat since it was signed in 2015, Kerry has been on an aggressive yet stealthy mission to preserve it, using his deep lists of contacts gleaned during his time as the top US diplomat to try to apply pressure on the Trump administration from the outside. President Trump, who has consistently criticized the pact and campaigned in 2016 on scuttling it, faces a May 12 deadline to decide whether to continue abiding by its terms.

John Kerry is not a representative of the United States government nor does he have has the authority or the right to negotiate treaties or agreements on America's behalf. In fact, Republican Rep. Devin Nunes thinks the FBI should pay Kerry a visit.

The only way to stop this kind of illegal behavior is to make someone pay. Kerry's action is the very reason the Logan Act was created so let's use it. It's time the Trump administrations made an example of these back door attempts to save the Obama legacy using behind the scenes political interference.

We would love to see Attorney General Jeff Sessions issue an arrest warrant for John Kerry, but at the least he should come out and make a public statement warning Kerry and his ilk that this type of behavior will no longer be tolerated.

The Democrats had eight years to pass gun control, fix Obamacare or negotiate treaties that actually accomplished more than just an Obama talking point. Democrats you had your chance.

That's why in 2016 America voted Donald J. Trump President of the United States (POTUS). If the Democrats didn't get the memo in 2016 it said: "Go Home, We No Longer Want You!"
