It Sickens Me But Maybe It's Time For A No Gun List?
The left seems intent not to blame the PEOPLE who failed to do their job, instead the blame for these mass shooting is solely the fault of a piece of metal that possesses no consciousness, no bias, is not racist, sexist, nor homophobic.

It's not the gun but the hand that wields it, and the people swore to protect us are the only ones that should bear any responsibility for these mass shootings. Unfortunately, the left has as much sense as the gun.

10 years ago if you asked me "should we have a "No gun list" I would have been outraged at the thought. But 10 years ago I would not have believed the Democrats would be listening to a bunch of 16-year-olds, encourage race riots, weaponize the Police and the FBI, refused to arrest people for statistic's sake and worst of all give illegal immigrants more rights than Americans.

The United States is far different than it was before 2008.
CNN reported:

The man suspected of killing four people at a Waffle House in Nashville on Sunday was previously arrested by the US Secret Service for trespassing and being in a restricted area near the White House, authorities said.

In July 2017, Travis Reinking told a uniform Secret Service officer that he must get into the White House to speak with the President, according to an arrest report. The officer explained that he must get a tour to do that and told Reinking to move away from the pedestrian entrance, but the report states Reinking told the officer again that he had to speak with the President and that he was a “sovereign citizen” who had a right to inspect the grounds. After telling Reinking to move again, the report states that Reinking took his tie off, balled it into his fist, began approaching the officer and walked past the security barriers.

“Do what you need to do. Arrest me if you have to,” Reinking said, according to the report.

Reinking was detained but refused to leave the secured area, so he was arrested and charged with unlawful entry, the report states.

According to court records, Reinking entered into a deferred prosecution agreement with community service on July 26, 2017. On November 17, 2017, the court determined Reinking had successfully completed the program and the case was dismissed.

As we have recently witnessed in the past few gun-related mass shootings the FBI, and/or the Police had all these murderers on their radar and in each case, they made the wrong decision.
Whatever happened to "Err on the side of caution?"
The Broward Coward Sheriff department was more worried about following their Democrat agenda of trying to keep the crime stats down than they were in protecting their citizens.

The Police and/or the FBI had multiple verbal and/or written warnings about the Parkland, and Youtube shooter.  Every report claimed these people were unhinged, suffering some form of mental collapse and most frightening of all they were warned that a complete and utter meltdown was about to happen, But in spite of these dire warnings, not one agency did anything about it.
No Gun List
We found out yesterday that this sick Waffle House murdering POS went to Washington and became unglued. Would any normal person go up and threaten a Secret Service agent? The answer is no, just by this very action he would have been placed on a No Gun list, and his guns confiscated.

In a 2010 report, the Government Accountability Office noted that "Membership in a terrorist organization does not prohibit a person from possessing firearms or explosives under the current federal law," and individuals on the No Fly List are not barred from purchasing guns.

According to GAO data, between 2004 and 2010, people on terrorism watch lists—including the No Fly List as well as other separate lists—attempted to buy guns and explosives more than 1,400 times, and succeeded in 1,321 times (more than 90% of cases).
Banning Guns Is Not The Answer
We will learn more facts today, but the one fact is the government the Democrats want to control our lives, took away this murdering Waffle House POS guns and for whatever reason gave his guns back. So much for their Nanny State.

Banning guns is not the answer until the day comes and the left explains how they intend to retrieve the more than 350,000,000 guns that law-abiding citizens now possess.

Yes, I understand that we do have a "No Gun List" now that prevents people like convicted felons from buying a weapon, but you make that list only AFTER you have already committed a crime, or AFTER you are found mentally unstable. We need a tool that temporarily prevents a person that are showing signs of a meltdown from buying or owning a gun BEFORE the meltdown occurs.

A no gun list will allow cops to err on the side of caution. It allows an officer of the court to anticipate a person is a danger to himself or to others if they are showing signs of an impending meltdown.

When you have Police like the Broward Coward Sheriff Department looking the other way for a political agenda, the public are the ones that will ultimately pay the price. How many other Broward counties are there in the United States?

But the Broward Cowards could have placed that POS name on the list, confiscated his weapons and not affect their fictitious crime rate numbers. Odds are if this was available they would have done it at least once during their 41 visits to his house.

When the family members of the YouTube shooter called the Police and said: "She's unhinged." After the police found her sleeping in her car, her actions and the testimony from the family would have proved something was wrong with her mentally.

Put her on the list, take her guns and create an expedient court system that allows the person placed on the list to go in front of a judge quickly to prove they are mentally fit to own a gun.

A no gun list is detestable to me, but if the Democrats refuse to place the blame on those who are at fault, a "No Gun List" is far more preferable than the civil war we are currently heading toward.
