Twitter Exposes Why They Didn't Suspend David Hogg For Doxing Arby's?
Jack Dorsey tweet provided the answer why Twitter took no action against David Hogg Illegally Doxing Arby's.
Last week BluePillSheep.com wrote two articles asking Twitter why David Hogg was not banned for doxing Arby's executives? Doxing is not only violating Twitter's Safety Policy, but also the law.

Doxing (can also be spelled Doxxing) is the process of gathering identifiable information about an individual or group of people, with the objective to shame, scare, blackmail, defame, bully or endanger the target.

Doxing according to the DOJ is posting personal information publicly with the intent to shame, defame, harass or endanger is illegal. It places the doxed individual in a potentially dangerous situation. The federal law often utilized to address doxing is 18 U.S.C. § 2261A.

Twitter Rules: You may not publish or post other people's private information without their express authorization and permission. Definitions of private information may vary depending on local laws.

In their examples of which private information it would include (but may not be limited to) private contact such as non-public, personal email addresses.
David Hogg Doxing Arby's
Instead of celebrating the successful boycott against Laura Ingraham, Media Matters wasn't satisfied because FOX News refused to abandon her. So, Media Matters provided David Hogg with a list of personal and Private emails accounts of Arby's Executives and ordered him to post it on his account in an effort to get his followers to harass and intimidate Arby's into capitulating.

After posting the Arby's executive info, David Hogg waited a short while until he saw that his info was being spread, then like a coward, he deleted the message. The deleting of the message proves David Hogg's intent. It's unlikely that Hogg was aware that Doxing is illegal. A much more likely scenario would have been Media Matter instructing Hogg to leave the message up long enough to see that it went viral among his cult.

David Hogg gave no thought about his actions being illegal, or even if it was morally correct.  Nor did he think of the possibility that one of his more unbalanced followers would take his tweet as some sort of personal message directed to them as an order to punish these executives for their blasphemy? If you don't think that's possible then you are a child like David Hogg who has zero life experience.

Jack Dorsey (@Jack) the co-founder and CEO of Twitter needs to be held accountable for his companies inaction. God only knows how many Twitter accounts were locked down for doing far less harassment than what David Hogg has done over the past month and a half... Just ask Milo.

When Milo received his Twitter death sentence this was Twitter's official statement:

“People should be able to express diverse opinions and beliefs on Twitter, But no one deserves to be subjected to targeted abuse online, and our rules prohibit inciting or engaging in the targeted abuse or harassment of others."

Wow! If I didn't know that this Twitter statement was talking about Milo Yiannopoulos it sound an awful like they were talking about David Hogg doxing the private email addresses of Arby's executives?

So Our Question remained unanswered until @Jack provided an answer to why David Hogg was not disciplined for breaking not only the Twitter rules that millions MUST obey, but also:

Jack Dorsey provided the answer when he tweeted his undying love for March for our lives and by extension David Hogg and his merry band of misinformed misfits.

BluePillSheep.com believes that @Jack tweet shows that Twitter is publishing content, which will mean that they would now be liable for anyone publishing slander, libelous content.

Companies such as Twitter and Facebook describe their sites as enabling communications, rather than publishing content – a crucial distinction which means that they are not liable for trolling or abuse by anyone posting on their sites.

Both companies insist though that legally they are communications companies – just conduits for information who cannot be held liable for that content.

Jack Dorsey's tweet endorsing "March For Our Lives" political platform proves that Twitter should no longer be considered a communications company rather they should be classified as curator or publisher of content, similar to how newspapers are classified.

That distinction would end Twitter or any other social media platform because they would now be held accountable for any libelous or threatening content that member post on their site
