Parkland Shooting Victim Lays Blame On Sheriff Israel
Anthony Borges was shot saving lives, Not hiding in a closet.
Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School shooting victim Anthony Borges and his family held a news conference Friday evening where he laid the blame on the one person that David Hogg and the media does not.

"Both Of You Failed Us," said Anthony Borges. He was, of course, referring to Broward County Sheriff Scott Israel and Broward Schools Superintendent Robert Runcie for failing students and faculty.

Borges is credited with saving the lives of 20 classmates by attempting to close and lock a classroom door during the shooting. During his selfless act of heroism, he was shot five times. After enduring the pain of nine surgeries, on Wednesday he had recovered enough from the wounds he received to finally be released from the Broward Health Medical Center.

The Borges Family Attorney said:

“To Sheriff Israel of the Broward Sheriff’s Office and Robert Runcie, the Superintendent of schools in Broward, I want to thank you for visiting me at the hospital, but I want to say that both of you failed us, students, teachers and parents alike, on so many levels,” 

Amazingly, the POS David Hogg actually claimed that the Broward Cowards were not at fault saying that since the shooter had a bigger gun he could understand why the four Sheriff deputies coward outside, while the listened as hero's such as Anthony, were getting shot.

David Hogg's statement showed what a POS immature, uninformed douche-bag he truly is. The Police are sworn to protect us and if they cower away from that duty, then who does David Hogg think will stop the shooter?

The Borges family also said that while they are grateful for the hero label that Anthony received after helping to protect his classmates they would like to see that end. Instead, they say they want to focus on the failures of the system that allowed law enforcement to miss warning signs on Cruz.

Anthony Borges is a hero and one that should be celebrated by the media, not shunned for it. His story is about courage when facing death. He wasn't hiding in a closet like others who pretend to be special. Anthony Borges is special because courageously risked his life trying to save as many people as humanly possible before that evil scum descended upon him.
