Fmr. Fed Prosecutor Calls For Criminal Investigation If Memo is Released
On MSBC Figliuzzi makes up his own facts to fit his narrative.
Former Federal Prosecutor Frank Figliuzzi went on MSNBC and called for the criminal investigation of Representative Devin Nunes if the FISA memo is released to the public.

Figliuzzi tried to claim that "Reports" say the FISA Memo contains top secret information that reveals methods and techniques of our intelligence community. When you hear outlandish claims following the words "According to Reports" it basically means 'I found the most bias website in the world.'

Not even #SchiffForBrains, Adam Schiff is claiming the memo should not be released because it's "Top Secret" and contains FBI methods and techniques.

Figliuzzi went so far as to insinuate that President Trump wants the memo leaked. Figliuzzi went on a little diatribe saying 'There have been leaks, the President has complained about leaks and now he wants the memo released.

Does Figliuzzi actually believe the House will release the memos "as is" with NO redaction? Does he believe Congress doesn't know the steps to get a classified report, unclassified?

Besides the fact that Figliuzzi spun anything in his favor, the fact is, the House has been going by the book in trying to release the memo. That is why Rep. Dave Joyce said it will take 19-days.

I have always stated "If you let a Democrat talk enough sooner or later they will destroy their own hyperbole." and Figliuzzi didn't disappoint us.

Start off the interview by claiming this is a top-secret memo that would shatter and expose the methods and techniques of the FBI.
End the interview with, Some claim this will be bigger than "Watergate." I can't believe the FISA Memo is anything Earth-shattering since it a silly little 4-page memo.

Since Figliuzzi is so worried about Classified Materials getting out, one has to wonder about how he felt about you know who, with unprotected bathroom server?
