Senate back In Session McConnell Goes Off On Schumer

Senate majority leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) immediately started lambasting the Democrat Senators for causing the shutdown.
McConnell pointed out that the whole shutdown was caused by minority leader Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.).
That is why Americans have labeled it the "SchumerShutdown. There is no way around the fact that you need 60 votes to pass a CR and the Republicans only have 51 senators, not counting RINO's. For the record, there were five Democrats who voted "Yes" on Friday's CR bill.
