White House Budget Director Mick Mulvaney called Bullshit on Chuck Schumer for his story that he offered to “fund” the border wall prior to the Democrats shutting down the government.

According to Mulvaney, Chuck E. Sleaze only offered to “authorize” funds not "Appropriate" funds. But, President Trump has seen it all and he didn't fall for Schemers subterfuge.
