Nigeria End SARS Now #EndSars
Nigerians took to Twitter on Saturday and Sunday using #EndSARS to force Nigerian federal authorities to immediately scrap the police Special Anti-Robbery Squad called SARS.
While Twitter was the focal point, all other social media sites were demanding an end to SARS as well. Citizens of Nigeria using the hashtag #EndSARS listed their allegations of killings, wanton arrests and dispossession of properties through physical assault and other intimidation tactics.
Police spokesperson, Jimoh Moshood, didn't immediately respond to the thousands that were voicing their outrage on social media, saying he would issue a statement on SARS Saturday evening. However, no statement came from Moshood either Saturday night as promised, and so far no word on Sunday.
Evidently, he is desperately trying to avoid addressing the concerns of his countrymen. Moshood is hiding out somewhere since he refused any media request and is refusing to answer multiple phone calls.
Here are just a few tweets so our readers can get a better understanding of what a travesty and the outright terror SARS has been to the people of Nigeria. BluePillSheep.com has called on President Trump and members of Congress to lend their voices in hopes of ending this terror group disguised as Law enforcement tactical unit supposedly UPHOLDING the law, which of course, they are doing quite the opposite.
SARS in our opinion is nothing more than a government hit squad.

Just went through VP @ProfOsinbajo's timeline. As silent as a graveyard about the SARS issue, ironically his congratulatory message to Wizkid & Davido was tops on his TL. You pretentious leaders, stop congratulating us after making us go through hell to succeed. #ENDSARS

Yesterday they sponsored an attack on my handle. They attempted locking me out. I could not tweet for hours nor was able to retweet. But can you hack a hacker? Try again, you will always fail. Any attempt to hack me will get you hacked. #EndSARS#ReformPoliceNG

You need not have experienced the menace called SARS to call for #EndSARS , you have friends and relatives. Certainly not all your folks live inside Aso Rock. I don't support reforms here, it should be deleted, trash emptied too.

ACP Yomi Shogunle of the @PoliceNG_PCRRU blocked me, The Yomi guy is a problem himself, the #EndSARS campaign should go with #SackYomiShogunle , he is a disgrace to whatever he represents here. Very arrogant and irresponsible! pic.twitter.com/dzwokKKccx

On May 3rd 2016 SARS arrested my wife and I for having (Not drinking or drunk driving just carrying in the car ) locally distilled alcohol in the car.
They whooped me for asking what we did wrong and drove us round different watersides. Later took all the money we had. #EndSARSpic.twitter.com/LKmJOsQePK

The arbitrary harassment of young Nigerians by Police (who should be protecting them) has no place in a democratic society.
The #EndSARS protest shows Nigerian youth are upset and the matter needs urgent attention.

There will be an #EndSARS rally in Abuja on the 11th of December if the Federal Government fails to act on the public outcry of Nigerians. You are free to send suggestions.

Just yesterday on my way back from ilorin with my team . Luck wasn’t on our side because ? We met SARS operatives who asked for receipts to a car we hired from Lagos to ilorin. I was weak. They threatened to shoot my manager for arguing with them ♂️ #ENDSARS
