DFF40 just announced the winners of its annual People's Choice Awards and Festival Juried Awards, honoring the likes of "Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri," "Hondros," "Liyana," "The Happiness of the World," "AlphaGo," and "Thirst Street."
