Topher Grace Joins the Cast of Spike Lee's 'Black Klansman'

Topher Grace has just signed on for Spike Lee's upcoming film, "Black Klansman," according to Deadline.
Grace joins previously announced cast member Adam Driver in a role described as a "key white supremacist nemesis."
Spike Lee is directing "Black Klansman" from a script he co-wrote with Charlie Wachtel and David Rabinowitz. It is an adaptation of the autobiography of Ron Stallworth, an African American detective in Colorado Springs, who infiltrated the KKK in 1979. Stallworth will be played by John David Washington.
Topher Grace is best known for his role in the popular sitcom "That '70s Show," which ran from 1998-2006. He starred opposite Dennis Quaid in "In Good Company." He played Eddie Brock/Venom in "Spider-Man 3," which marked Tobey Maguire's final appearance as the webslinger. Grace appeared in "The Muppets" TV series, "American Ultra," and last year's "Opening Night." Earlier this year, he was in "War Machine" on Netflix. He also stars in the horror film, "Delirium," and is in pre-production on the comedy/drama series "Treasure Squad."
"Black Klansman" is co-produced by Blumhouse Productions, Monkeypaw Productions, and QC Entertainment. It will be distributed by Focus Features.
The film does not have a release date, but is scheduled for sometime in 2018.
