Christopher Walken, Juliette Lewis to be Honored at Turkey's Antalya Film Festival

Christopher Walken ("Catch Me If You Can") and Juliette Lewis ("What's Eating Gilbert Grape") will be honored at Turkey's 54th Antalya Film Festival for their contributions to film. Walken, who won an Oscar for his role in "The Deer Hunter," will receive an Honorary Golden Orange Award for his lifetime achievement in film; Lewis, who snagged an Academy nomination for "Cape Fear," will be presented with the key to the city of Antalya by Mayor Menderes Turel, according to THR.

The film festival will host a who's who of international stars at the week-long event, with Japanese actor Masatoshi Nagase ("Radiance") attending the opening-night festivities. Guests include Ai Weiwei producer Chin-Chin Yap ("Human Flow"), Academy Award winner Danis Tanovic ("No Man's Land"), Annecy Audience Award winners Dorota Kobiela and Hugh Welchman ("Loving Vincent"), and Aida Begic ("Never Leave Me").
Academy Award winner Michel Hazanavicius ("Redoubtable"), Cannes award winner Michel Franco ("April's Daughter"), Sean Baker ("The Florida Project"), and Golden Bear-winning producer and director Vivian Qu ("Angels Wear White") all have films in the festival's competition this year, to be judged by an international jury led by Palestinian director Elia Suleiman. The full slate of selected films is:

The entire festival program will be overseen by new artistic director and British film producer Mike Downey. The 54th Antalya Film Festival begins this Saturday and runs until Oct. 27.
