Ukraine: Volodymyr Zelensky dissolves parliament and calls elections

The new Ukrainian President Volodimir Zelenski was sworn in on Monday and immediately declared the dissolution of parliament and called early parliamentary elections, hoping to win a majority in an assembly dominated by supporters of his predecessor Petro Poroshenko.
Volodimir Zelenski, a TV series actor with no political experience, won the presidential election last month in Ukraine.
His newly created party has no representative in parliament. The convening of early elections seemed an imperative to benefit from its current popularity.
Prime Minister Volodimir Groysman announced in the wake that he resigned Wednesday immediately after the cabinet.
Early elections should take place within two months........
