Coy Bowyer proves to be ‘One in a Million’ with their latest single

Northern Virginia-hailing alt-hip hop artist Coy Bowyer has made a stunning debut with the release of their poetically powerful EP, ‘Not Always, Tomorrow’.
The lead single ‘One in a Million’ is the perfect introduction to their immersive style which becomes cinematic through the way it spills imagery by matching the tone with the narrative lyrics.
One in a Million may run through with a slightly sombre feel as Coy Bowyer exposes their romantic regret, but the ardent passion which runs through the alt take on trap allows the lofty and minimalist production to drip-feed you serotonin as you listen to the sparse, hazy instrumentals.
