1NIGHTINPARIS – Alive in the Darkness: Evocatively Atmospheric 80s-Inspired Future Pop

Up and coming Pop artist 1NIGHTINPARIS dropped the official video to their new evocatively atmospheric single “Alive in the Darkness ” on June 5th. If it’s been a while since you’ve been hit in the feels by a new artist, press play and prepare for the aural bruising.
With elements of 80s Synth Pop combined with 1NIGHTINPARIS’ futuristic experimentalism, Alive in the Darkness is an accessibly immersive hit which oozes authenticity.
With the effects which have been layered onto the vocals which bleed emotion thanks to the clever use of vibrato, paradoxically, the track feels slightly alien while serving up a serious amount of soul. In short, it would be the perfect soundtrack for a Sci-Fi blockbuster which needs a harrowingly romantic sound score.
