Bonham and his merry band of misfits have been steadily putting out authentic, salt of the earth music with a country twang. Their most recent output, the four-track ‘Moonshine Elegy’ EP, is the newest—and in some ways, most refined—addition to their ouevre. It hits all the Bonham notes: a tangible sense of grit, respect for and knowledge of a rich musical history of Americana, and an air of lived-in authenticity.
