Juan Calle - Dame Pokito: Infectiously Hot Latin Hip Hop

Juan Calle teamed up with the sickeningly talented producer NoBVENO to create his debut drop Dame Pokito. In doing so, he made every other Boom Rap artist look weak in comparison. I rarely allow myself to describe a track as lit, but that’s the only way to give you the faintest idea of the heat contained within this track. The multi-lingual bars give the track that irresistible global roots feel. Whilst the beat carries so much hype you’ll wonder if you’ll ever come back down after listening to it. As first drops go, they don’t get more infectiously hot than this.

How NoBVENO packed that much momentum into a track I still don’t know. I must have listened to it ten times by now and I’m still in awe of Juan Calle’s lyrical waxing around the explosively sensational beats.

You can check out Dame Pokito on SoundCloud now, the single was first dropped June 19th and I have no doubt that we’ll be hearing a lot more from Juan Calle in the near future.
