CJ Stain – One: A Short & Sweet Offering of R&B Soul

CJ Stain has just dropped an agonisingly short taste of his resounding style with his latest release ‘One’.

When I say short, I mean short, 46 seconds short, but still, the track still tells you all you need to know of CJ Stain’s standout talent and passionate approach to R&B. The up and coming Ottawa Canada based artist brings a fresh offering of Soul to the R&B arena making most R&B artists sound positively archaic. If that wasn’t enough; CJ Stain puts his musical platform to good use to advocate gender equality after finding the disparity in the injustice that is found within the current perceptions of gender. If Judith Butler made R&B music, I’m pretty sure it would sound a little like CJ’ Stain’s latest prodigal offering of One.

I’m sure you’ll all join me in the eagerness for the emerging artist to get in a studio and put out a full length beat, with his ability to create a vocal harmony I can’t see how it wouldn’t knock the R&B contemporaries off of their perch.
