According to Ministry Of Water Resources and Meteorology (MOWRAM) have been warned to the citizen that live in Preah Sihanouk Province (Sihanoukville Province) and Ratanakiri Province are being flooded by heavy rain that rain will continue and stop complaining the government about these. Because in developed and developing countries are also in the same situation.

Flood in Sihanoukville 2019

Sihanoukville have been raining from 1st of August till now. There are many communes have been flooded by heavy rain. And electricity have paused to avoid from shocking by accident in the Krong Preah Sihanouk, official Facebook Page of Electricite Du Cambodge (EDC) post.

If look at Ratanakiri Province, There are two districts are flooding alongside Srae Pork River near Vietnamese border. Lom Phat and Kon Kromom district are being flooded by heavy rain and 60% of Vietnamese flood, MOWRAM added.

In the the Press Release of MOWRAM added that some provinces have been drought such as Bonteay Meanchey, Oddar Meanchey, and Pailin.
