Alaina Castillo veröffentlicht ihre “anti-social” Partyhymne “tonight”

Nach der Veröffentlichung ihrer von den Kritiker*innen gefeierten englischen und spanischen EP's “the voicenotes” & “mensajes de voz” geht’s für Alaina Castillo mit ihrer neuen Single “tonight” rasant weiter nach oben. “tonight” ein weiterer Beweis für ihr phänomenales Talent. Es ist der nahtlose Übergang von einer introvertierten Singer-Songwriterin zum aufstrebenden internationalen Popstar. “tonight” setzt den Rahmen für das, was in Zukunft noch auf sie zukommen wird und zeigt die komplette Bandbreite und den Ehrgeiz ihrer Kunst. Alaina schrieb den Titel als eine Art “anti-social”-Partyhymne, die ihren eigenen introvertierten Lebensstil erneut hervorhebt und ihre Zuhörer*innen dazu ermutigt, ihre Einsamkeit anzunehmen, besonders in diesen unsicheren Zeiten, in denen wir uns gerade befinden.
Alaina Castillo sagt selbst über die Bedeutung des Songs: “‘tonight’ is my antisocial party song. it highlights all my emotions as i’m going about my day and wishing that i could just be at home in my own world. i’ve always been down to vibe out w neon lights and music so that i could create a different atmosphere on my own and that’s what ‘tonight’ is all about.”
