A new study shows that robo advisors and automated investment managers are a lot more popular with younger investors; research by Crealogix says investors in their 20s and 30s are three times more likely to use these services; 23 percent of older investors are open to using digital investment services; the different age brackets agreed upon the value of face time with advisors as 40 percent of all respondents said this was the most important feature of wealth management; “As demand for interactive, self-service investment services grows, wealth management firms are recognising that they can exploit this technology to gain relevance in the eyes of younger clients, as well as remain competitive with their existing customer base,” Jo Howes, Commercial Director at Crealogix UK, explained to AltFi.
