We are usually fully booked 48-72 hours out so you need to plan and specify a date at least 48 hours in advance (EDT, Miami time). We allow a maximum of 1 PR per entity/event per week. We can publish your PR also on the weekend, as we experience the same or higher traffic on weekends, compared to weekdays (we do not suffer from the weekend dips many mainstream media outlets do).

Submission does not in any way guarantee approval and publication. Please allow at least 24h for approval. We do not publish advertorials, sponsored stories or paid for articles. We allow a maximum of 2 active URL:s and 1 email address to be linked (the two first URL:s and the first email address in your PR will be active). Indicate links in brackets.






Please keep your headline short (max 100 characters) and make it relevant (make sure to










mention the brand/ product in your headline). Exclamation, parenthesis and question marks not allowed.

Remember to add a relevant featured image (at least 1021px width and 580px height), for display above the post and in the list view to the right on the news front page. We accept the relative formats 4:3 and 16:9 (i.e. larger width than height, please do not submit vertical images). Only 1 image allowed (the featured one, which will also show up on our first page). No inline images allowed.

After your submission, please wait for an email with confirmation of approval.

Please also beware of the fact that we do not offer the service of updating your PR after publishing it (we can remove it though if needed).
