Union Petroleum Minister Dharmendra Pradhan and IT Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad on four August inaugurated the Secondary Information Centre of Nationwide Information Repository (NDR) and a brand new facility of Software program Technology Parks of India (STPI) in Bhubaneswar.
