CARBONDALE – Southern Illinois men's basketball coach Bryan Mullins announced Wednesday that the program has signed Trey Miller.
Miller, a 6-foot-2 guard from Houston, Tex., transferred from Incarnate Word with three years of eligibility remaining.
"We are thrilled to have Trey and his family become a part of our program,” Mullins said. "Trey is a tough, talented, physical guard who can score at all three levels. He impacts winning in so many ways. His work ethic and competitiveness are what stands out as separators for him. Trey has a very bright future here and is going to be a tremendous representative for this program."

Miller started 28 games for the Cardinals last season as a true freshman. In addition, he would average 10.4 points and 2.7 assists per game. He scored in double-figures in 16 games and shot 46.5 percent from the floor on the year. The first-year guard finished the season with 45 steals and had two or more steals in 13 games with a season-high six coming against New Orleans.
