JACKSONVILLE, Fla./FEASTERVILLE-TREVOSE, Pa. -- A recent agreement will allow All Elite Wrestling (AEW) to bring the promotion's first pay-per-view event of 2022 to select theater chains across America.
AEW management announced the agreement with Joe Hand Promotions in a news release Wednesday. The agreement will allow the broadcast of AEW Revolution in select theaters nationwide. Revolution will be on pay-per-view on Sunday, March 6, live from the Addition Financial Arena in Orlando, Fla.
Select theater chains include Cinemark, AMC, Regal, Harkins, iPic, Emagine Entertainment, and others. A list of available locations is available on the Joe Hand Promotions website.
Elizabeth Beck, a representative from the company, said the list will be updated regularly leading up to the event.
"It isn’t ever a final list as new theaters can sign on at any point," Beck said in an email response.
“AEW is at the forefront of creating exciting opportunities to bring their fans together in new, non-traditional venues like movie theatres to experience their events,” said Joe Hand Jr., President of Joe Hand Promotions. “We’re proud to partner with them and help them grow their fan base and their brand in theatres across the U.S.”
