And its another Premier League player who has managed to make his presence felt in the pile of deranged footballers out raping and beating women with Manchester United's Mason Greenwood now arrested after his ex-girlfriend shared evidence of him sexually and physically assaulting her.

The world of football was rocked after Harriet took to Instagram to share a string of pictures, video and audio recording, ones which needed little time in going viral owing to their gruesome nature. The model was seen fraught with unsavoury injuries as blood poured down her face along with her body being riddled with purple bruises.

The audio meanwhile showed Greenwood forcing her to have sex despite her persistent denial with him going onto call him a slut and trying to force his d**k into her despite her not complying. While Manchester United decided to remain coy on the entire matter with the club talking about how it wouldn't comment till further notice, Greenwood has now been arrested on suspicion of rape and assault.
A Greater Manchester Police statement said: "Greater Manchester Police were made aware earlier today (Sunday 30 January) of online social media images and videos posted by a woman reporting incidents of physical violence. An investigation was launched and following enquiries we can confirm a man in his 20s has since been arrested on suspicion of rape and assault. He remains in custody for questioning. Enquiries are ongoing."
A statement issued by Manchester United read: "Mason Greenwood will not return to training or play matches until further notice."
