Legendary Bollywood actor Dilip Kumar passed away due to age-related problems after he was hospitalized in the PD Hinduja Hospital with athletes paying their tribute to him
The former actor Dilip Kumar was 98 years old during his last stay in the hospital.
Following the artist's demise, individuals from all facets in areas sent a  heartfelt sentiments through their social media.  Former cricketers Wasim Jaffer and Pragyan Ojha also paid their respects to the late Dilip Kumar, naming him the "biggest icon of the Indian film industry."

"In his homage to Dilip Kumar, Jaffer wrote: "REST IN PEACE, "Legend," your contribution to Indian film will go unrivalled! Sincere condolences to the family, friends, and admirers on their tragic loss "Ojha put pen to paper. 
Vijender Singh, an Indian boxer and Olympic winner, also expressed his condolences to the late actor, uploading a photo of the late actor on social media with the caption "Rest in Peace." 
Former cricketers including Virender Sehwag, VVS Laxman, and Shahid Afridi were seen expressing their respects to the iconic actor.

Former Veteran Actor Dilip Kumar Bollywood Career And Movies
Dilip Kumar is regarded as one of the best performers throughout Indian cinema. He began his career in 1944 and went on to appear in films such as Mughal-e-Azam, Devdas, Naya Daur, and Ram Aur Shyam, amongst many others. 
Kumar's most recent film performance was in the 1998 film Qila, in which he performed a dual character. The legend left the industry when the movie did terribly at the box office. Kumar is often  known as "Bollywood's First Khan" since his real name was Mohammad Yusuf Khan.
he earned several souvenirs and honors, including the Padma Vibhushan, India's second-highest civilian award. Kumar was also handed the Nishan-e-Imtiaz, Pakistan's highest civilian award, in 1998. 
Kumar is the country's sole Indian to only have earned the country's highest civilian honour. Kumar also received the coveted Dadasaheb Phalke Award in 1994. Kumar was elected to the Rajya Sabha in the early 2000s and served till 2006.
