After managing to perform well in the qualification, Vettel was proclaimed as the driver of the race even when he stood second, behind Sergio Perez for his relentless efforts with worrisome Pirelli tyres.
Ahead of the French Grand Prix as the FIA enhances new protocols, Vettel reveals his disappointment with the tyres of the Italian manufacturers and how it has been a problem for many race drivers in the current season.

Sebastian Vettel on F1 Pirelli Tyres: What Did The Four-Time World Champion Say?

The Spanish driver started by stating that it is not very difficult to change from one F1 team to another. It is just more about dealing with the different philosophy of the team, which changes your whole approach.
Then he moved onto opinionate about the much-controversial Pirelli tyres after a series of high prfile crashes in Baku.
He stated, “They are less and less good at handling different forces. On the other hand, cars have more and more grip and are becoming heavier. Also the engines have more power. That all has an effect on the tyres as well.”
The four-time world champion stressed upon finding the right window. Especially with the tire knowledge expanding in the last five years, it is of key importance that one must find their right window to perform at their very best. Otherwise it could lead to horrendous results.

After securing his first podium for Aston Martin, the Spaniard will be confident on carrying his form at the Circuit Paul Richard as well.
