Who Is Emma Hayes?-

Emma during her initial days got herself enrolled at the academy of Arsenal but unfortunately, she suffered a career-ending ankle injury while she was on a ski trip when she was of 17 years of age due to which her playing career as a player cut short.
After her injury when she got to know that she can’t carry on with her football, with playing football ruled out, Emma decided to further study European Studies, Spanish, and Sociology at Liverpool Hope college. Later, she earned a Masters's degree in Intelligence and International Affairs.

Emma’ Professional Life-

Emma previously from 2008 to 2010, 24th May has served the role of the head coach as well as director of soccer operations for Chicago Red Stars of Women's Professional Soccer in the United States.
Emma was the former head coach of the Long Island Lady Riders between 2001 and 2003, coached the Women’s football at Iona College in New Rochelle between 2003 and 2006, and also, served as the assistant coach of the first team and became an academy director for Arsenal Ladies between the year 2006 and 2008.
Hayes in the year 2012 was given the responsibility of handling the Chelsea Ladies job in August 2012, where she came in replacing Liverpool-bound Matt Beard.
Emma Hayes in the year 2016 was also appointed as the Member of the Order of the British Empire or the MBE in the 2016 Birthday Honours for services to football.
She's won the Women's Super League titles, two Women's FA Cups, two Continental League Cups, the FA WSL Spring Series, and the Women's FA Community Shield at Chelsea along with embarking on an incredible 33 match winning spree.
As a result, she was awarded a new contract in 2021 however he terms of the deal and her salary are yet to be declared and it is believed there is no fixed duration and either party can end the contract with six months' notice.
