Bhoot - Part One: The Haunted Ship is a Hindi horror movie in Hindi in 2020 directed by Bhanu Pratap Singh and co-produced by Karan Johar, Hiro Yash Johar, Aburfa Mehta, and Shashank Khaitan. It is based on a real accident in Mumbai and tells the story of a married couple on a deserted ship lying on the beach. The movie, starring Vicky Kaushal, Bhumi Pednekar and Ashutosh Rana, is the first in a horror film series. The main shooting started in December 2018 and was wrapped in September 2019. It was launched in India on February 21, 2020.
