Friends since university, Fern and Cook Folk founder Louisa Chapman-Andrews combine their skills to host a workshop designed to explore a wide range of ingredients and fundamental techniques for creating flavour-boosting pestos and pastes from around the world and help transform your day to day cooking.

The workshop will:
Show how to use pestos and pastes to transform simple ingredients into delicious meals
Share tips and tricks to elevate dishes when entertaining
Build flavour and ingredient knowledge
Give confidence to cook with spices
Feature clever ways to fill your store cupboard, fridge and freezer for the months ahead
Leave you with a range of delicious, flavourful summer suppers to try at home
With cooking demonstrations and plenty of hands on learning, you will spend four hours exploring the beauty of seasonal cooking; picking and cooking with ingredients from the Cook Folk garden, discovering the qualities of extra virgin olive oil with a special tasting session and getting inspiration for the long evenings of summer eating and entertaining ahead. The workshop will finish with a delicious lunch to enjoy the creations made on the day.
