Pekoe Mellow Tea House presents its next free talk “Directing Hamlet”
Anna is currently directing Our Country’s Good at the Tobacco Factory and has recently finished an acclaimed production of Twelfth Night at the Southwark Playhouse. Anna was recently assistant artistic director to Gregory Doran on his seminal production of King Lear starring Antory Sher. She specialises in theatre and has experience in radio, TV and film. She is also co-founder of Juncture Theatre, an Assistant Director and RSC Creative Fellow.

In this talk Anna gives a unique insight into assisting Simon Godwin’s groundbreaking production of Hamlet at the Royal Shakespeare Company. Anna will share her insights and experiences of bringing Shakespeare’s most renowned masterpiece Hamlet from page to stage.
