Wychwood Festival 2017

Wychwood Festival 2017

Wychwood Festival 2017 has been described as “Britain’s most popular family festival”, by the Sunday Mirror.

And as “an excellent hybrid of The Big Chill, WOMAD and The Cambridge Folk Festival.” by Time Out magazine. The festival has also been called a “bijou Glastonbury”. and a “safe, fun place to take the family but also rock ‘n’ roll enough for the most hardened of music fans”

Wychwood Festival 2017 starts on the Friday, with the box office open from 9.30am and entrance to the campsite from 10am. The Festival Village will open at 12 noon and live music on the stages will begin shortly after.

On Saturday and Sunday the Festival Village is open from 9.30am for day visitors. Music on the stages begins from 11.00am with a variety of workshops running throughout both days. We are lucky enough to have a licence that allows entertainment until 3.00am. Please enjoy yourselves, but be considerate of those around you who might be sleeping when heading back to your beds.

The campsite will close at midday on the Monday.
Wychwood Festival 2017 is known for its family friendly feel, big range of music on offer, plus loads of other activities including 100 workshops for all ages, comedy, cinema and much more. Plus we have a very laid back vibe, and you can drive onto the campsite to unload all your gear, and we have been nominated Best Family Festival in the UK Festival Awards every year.
