Amongst others: FeestdjRuud, Noisecontrollers, Julian Jorday, The Partysquad, Lucas & Steve and Adaro will take us to to the hidden spots and stormy area’s of the idyllic Henschotermeer. After three years of Brothers Open Air the festival will Saturday September 10th take a new course. Bigger, better & louder and with a new name; Ventureland Open Air Festival 2016. The location itself is a feast for the eye.

At this endless white beach, surrounded by water, trees and open air, it feels like we are far from civilization (although the festival is close by the highway A12 and A28) and we imagine ourselves on a tropical holiday.

But on one where can party hard! Earlier we discovered that the festival has 3 area’s and stages in the adventurous style of the event (The Mystic Temple, The Hidden Cave and The Lost Beach) and has as music genres.

The main stage at Ventureland Open Air Festival 2016 will be taken over by names such as FeestdjRuud (one of his final festival gigs), Julian Jordy, Lucas & Steve, La Fuente, Tony Junior, Vato Gonzalez & Mc Tjen.

Meanwhile in the Hardstyle area we observe daredevils Noisecontroller, Adaro, E-force, Deetox, Atmozfears and more performing. The Urban lovers among us can walk barefoot on the beach, and go crazy on amongst others The Partysquad, Dyna, Childsplay and Freddy Moreira.

Not far from Utrecht, which means not far from Amsterdam, idyllic Henschotermeer, with its glistening lake, birch forest and sandy beaches, has been a favourite destination for Dutch day-trippers for decades. For a day each September the peace of that tranquil lakeside setting is shattered by the thud of a thousand bass-lines during Ventureland Open Air Festival 2016 (formerly Brothers Open Air).
