Utopia Island Festival 2016 features a dreamlike site with everything you need for the perfect break.
Five Areas are perfectly located overlooking the turquoise lake. Utopia is not an easy day Rave with the same old artists like the hundreds of other festivals. Utopia Island offers three days Camping, 2 days Festival, more than 80 bands and DJ's for you, your friends and thousands of like-minded people! Dance and celebrate with us like there will be no tomorrow.

In the seventies, the plans for the gravel extraction between the rivers Isar and Sempt began - far from Moosburg. After the end of the gravel extraction in the late nineties, the northern area of the lake was revamped to offer locals a place to swim and relax. The new public space opened in 2001 to the general public and since then offers a unique beach atmosphere - in the middle of Bavaria.
