Love Family Park 2016 is a yearly gathering of all members of the techno family, who come together to celebrate life, love and music in the warmth of the early summer sunshine.
You could think of the festival as an afternoon picnic, except that the music isn’t dribbling out from your portable iPod speakers, but blaring out from massive sound systems across five different stages.
Love Family Park 2016 was founded by the organisers of Time Warp, the ultimate European electro festival, so no surprise that the programme features heavyweights of techno,tech house and minimal. Among them, you’ll find Seth Troxler, Loco Dice, Karotte, Adam Beyer, Marco Carola, Tale of Us, Dominik Eulberg, and Fritz Kalkbrenner, all chaperoned by the great granddaddy of German techno, Sven Väth.
It takes place over 16,000m2 of grassland that has been converted into a giant dance floor. There are plenty of amenities and chill-out zones to help you combat the summer heat: refreshing fountains and soothing water walls, brightly coloured party tents, large shade canvases and an abundance of bars for those all-essential liquid top-ups.

Love Family Park 2016 is back in Mainz for another July Saturday of the finest electronic music.
Plugging in from 10 till 10, DJs (2015 included Ricardo Villalobos and Adam Beyer) will take ravers on a journey between techno, minimal and tech-house, culminating in an epic firework finale to close the festival.
Headlined each year by "Papa Väth", the German DJ will again be part of a cutting-edge lineup that showcases the best and most pioneering DJs in the genre, perfect for those keen to keep ahead of the game.
