Eric Swalwell Tells CNN's He's 'Open To Both' Ways With Biden

Eric Swalwell told CNN Wold Blitzer that he would be “open to entertaining both variations," with Joe Biden. No matter how you took his "variations" comment, it's one of the few times Washington is in full bipartisan agreement. No one in America wants to see Biden, and Swalwell together, no matter who's on top.
