“I voted!” shouted 82-year-old North Texas Gracie Lou Phillips as she “danced a little jig” around her walker after casting her first-ever ballot. “She wanted to drain the swamp," her son-in-law, Jeff Griffith said. "She voted straight-ticket Republican. She was very happy."
