If Sen. Kamala Harris wants to run for President in 2020 maybe she should stop asking Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez to teach her how the unemployment rate is figured. Kamala Harris (D-CA) dismissed President Trump's low unemployment 3.7% rate number by lying about how it's calculated while campaigning in Nevada.
