Maxine Waters cried my Pastor told me "When God sends you to do something, you just do it!” Pretty sure God didn't tell Mad Maxine to lie, steal, and cheat?

In a video Waters said, “You've gotta know that I’m here to do the work that I was sent to do." But she never actually said who had sent her. I believe the horns,the red skin, should have given her a clue.
