President Trump on Thursday scolded the woman arrested for scaling the Statue of Liberty — saying he would’ve let “that clown” jump.

“I would’ve done it,” he said, speaking at a rally in Great Falls, Montana. “I would’ve said, ‘Let’s get some nets and wait ’til she comes down.'”
